Thanks for the feedback! As you mentioned, we do currently use Spark Hire when we have a large number of potential candidates. This does offer the candidate some benefits, such as not having to schedule time off from their current job, since a Spark Hire interview can be completed any time and doesn't have to be completed all at once. It also allows for a couple of opportunities for the candidate to answer the questions. We hope to see you apply again in the future.
