The interview was conducted in both Indonesian and English and focused on assessing my experience and professional knowledge. The interview process itself was smooth and well-organized. However, after the interview, I did not receive any further updates regarding the status of my application. There was no communication indicating whether my application would proceed to the next stage, be rejected, or remain under consideration. Although I followed up regularly, almost every week, to seek an update, I was unable to obtain any information regarding the outcome of the recruitment process.
