After a series of interview, I was invited to the technical panel interview. However, after spending considerable time to prepare and present, I didnt get any feedback until a few emails to the recruiting contact and hiring manager. Finally, I received an email saying that I was rejected but no explanation. I sent another note asking for detailed feedback and I was told I didnt have the "range and ability to persuade". I wish they had screened me at the first interview itself and do not waste my time. Going thru four interviews is not a kiddy thing for a candidate and then to see rejected for a simple reason. They could have found out at an early stage. It certainly talk about the lack of maturity in the hiring process. The interview process prior to the technical panel interview involved two Zoom, one phone and one in-person interview. And, surprised they didnt find the lack of "range and ability to persuade" in any of the steps. Preparing for the technical panel required a lot of preparation as they require to understand customer usecases etc.

round 1 - recruiter first to check your fitness with the role, skills, experience and budget, then round 2 - with hiring manager for personality and team fitness. They're all standard questions. I didn't go further because of the compensation budget. Overall, it's a positive experience.
