1 Interview with the HR. 1 With 2 team managers. 1 technical with 2 engineers> A ferry nice atmosphere during the interviews, verry friendly people! I appreciate the HR (Neil), which kept me in touch in every step of the process and was verry prompt to deliver the feedback! The technical one was limited by time so it was in a rush in a lot of topics: Debug, Kubernetes, Docker, Observability, Java, SysAdmin, Networking, Linux, AAD, SQL, Cloud, Elastic etc. Would advise to speak about the topic and what experience you have on the subject until they stop you, so you can highlight what you did with that technology in order to avoid leaving an impression that you do not know much because of a wrong answer.

Interviewing with Elastic was a good experience to me. The people I talked to and the way they talked through about technical questions are all impressive. And, I appreciate they gave me time to get hands-on with Elastic products and discussed with me about technical details like I was a working peer.
