The interview process was lengthy but helped me better understand the team I would be working with and the company culture. There was practical piece as well as work review.

Made it to the second interview with hiring manager and then they ghosted me after setting the expectation that I would hear back. I trusted their word and assumed I'd hear back, but it has been four weeks. I understand they are busy, but hoped for at least a personal email from the recruiter. Very disappointed at this company seemed great.
