Interview had no structure or set questions as I had worked for a "sister" store. We talked about the change from retail to online purchases which she said explains the lack of customers. We discussed differences between a small town store and Elder Beerman Dayton Mall.

Wonderful Process, interview staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process. The job description was thoroughly explained in detail. I was given a tour of the store and introduced to staff.

Super short. Asked standard retail questions. It was not any more difficult than other jobs. I was honest in my answers. They were open about what they wanted and the work schefule.
