The weirdest job interview I ever had... I was reached out at LinkedIn by HR, we have a very brief conversation and then they asked me to schedule an interview. I had 2 interviews with HR and manager. Both interviews were very brief, some vague questions. They weren't really interested in hearing from me, at least that's what I felt... After that they asked for some references from previous jobs, and I asked if that's everything and they said yes. I was already selected for the role... I mean, no other filters, no analysis of other applicants... That's weird... I declined my application after that because already accepted another job offer.
