      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ElectroNeek (Buenos Aires) nel mese di ott 2022

      Weirdest interview ever, I was first contacted by an outsourced recruiter who then redirected me to an interview with HR who didn't really care about my experience, and she didn't say anything about the company nor allowed me to ask any questions. After that I received an IQ test which I found completely ridiculous as it really doesn't measure anything other than your patience to solve riddles. After that I interviewed with another manager in the most boring bland interview I've ever had in my life. The guy was clearly yawning, had an awful English and didn't really care about my background and experience. Then I got a whiteboard case with awful back and forth feedback and after that I got asked these.... riddles about patties, words in a month, 5 liter and 3 liters of water, I wanted to just cancel the whole thing right there and then as it was a huge red flag on how they managed their interview process. Then at the very end the interviewer asked if I wanted to ask some questions and his answers where the most boring bland ones I've ever heard and basically left me with a sour taste in my mouth about the company as a whole. After that I received a rejection letter (what a surprise) which I didn't care about as I wouldn't have accepted the offer if I had to work with a company having such ridiculous interview process.

      -You have a 3 and a 5 litre water container, each container has no markings except for that which gives you it's total volume. You also have a running tap. You must use the containers and the tap in such away as to exactly measure out 4 litres of water. How is this done? - You have 3 hamburger patties and 2 frying pans, each side of a pattie takes 1 minute to cook, how long would it take to cook all 3 patties - What word is always spelled wrong? - How many months in a year contain 28 days
