It was somehow reversed. I had the technical interview before the HR one which was a bit confusing. In the HR one I was asked multiple questions, however there were multiple statements that made decide I don't want to be part of this company. The first was when the talent acquisition member told me "Material Planning has nothing to do with production engineering and you shouldn't have said that it does" and the second one was that even though the location is more than 50 kilometers away from my home there will be no transportation provided and my salary will barely cover the transportation fees and "it is not negotiable"

You most summit the application. It took a month for the intial interview. Then after the two interviews I got the job. You also had to demo a presentation before the inteviews.
