Very detailed with multi layered interview process. Because of the startup culture, almost everyone in a team participates in an interview. Very through. Emphasis on attitude is the paramount deciding factor. Very communicative. But things happen fast from start to end. However, be prepared to expect a no even at the last minute. I enjoyed going through this process as it made me better focused and molded me very well for the job, knowing the expectations.
