Initial interview via a phone call which was followed by 3 video calls. Pretty standard interview process, although, not very technical. Decided against the offer due to salary being lower than expectation.

The interview process began with a screen interview with a very helpful recruiter whose guidance made it a positive experience. I had two panel interviews with pairs of interviewers with the second more technically oriented. Finally, I met with an executive for the last round. Everyone I met made it a positive and informative experience. The hiring manager made additional efforts to ensure expectations were aligned and the position was appropriate. I was very impressed.
