The process for interviewing was quite interesting. I had to do a C# exam online that was adaptive (the more I got questions right, the harder they got, but if I started getting them wrong, they got slightly easier). Then my technical interview was focused around the mistakes I made on the exam, what information I was missing to get them right, and once they explained the concepts I was missing, they asked me to then choose the correct answer. It felt less stressful than a typical technical interview.

Each conversation felt like a genuine peer-to-peer discussion about building high-performance platforms. The recruitment team was very communicative and open throughout the negotiation. Overall, a very positive experience.
