Between the interview and reply several weeks passed by. When I got a positive response and issued a test, I completed it right away, and never got a response regarding the results, only after I asked for feedback after a month was I told that by the time they got my test they had already selected an individual for the position. (How so, if I sent the test one day after I received it?)
