Phone interview was highly difficult speaking with different managers. Be knowledgeable in your strengths and you shouldn't have any problems. In person interview was more personality questions and seeing if you were a fit with the team.

We will cover my design decisions, the specific technologies employed, and the tangible business results achieved, ensuring the evaluation is concentrated more on hard skills than on behavioral competencies.
