I applied for the position through an agency and was contacted by the agency within a week asking me to setup a phone interview. A few days later, I was informed that the phone interview would be skipped and I was scheduled for an in-person interview the next week. The interview went well and the hiring manager was very good at explaining the requirements of the position. Nothing out of the ordinary.
