Interviewers made you feel comfortable. The interview was mainly situational questions. Some general interview questions too, such as what are your strengths. They were also interested in how reliable you were to get to work, e.g. relying on public transport.

I had an interview over Teams (during COVID times) which lasted 30 minutes and was with 2 members of management staff, following this a week later I had a 'walk around' the laboratory with a chance to meet the staff I would be working with and ask more questions
