We had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. Interview questions were pretty standard: experience, hobbies outside of work, skills, past projects, that sort of thing.
I ended up doing a trial period at the company, but decided that it wasn't the right environment for me.

After scheduling an interview via Skype with the CEO, I waited around 10 minutes for him to call before I reached out to him to see if he was still available to speak. About half an hour later I was told that I was supposed to call him (first time I have ever been told to call the interviewer) and that I was late in doing so. I apologized for being unaware of this and asked if he was still available to talk to which I never received a reply.
This was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever received and wished I had read the Glassdoor reviews before even applying.

Was supposed to have a Skype interview, but they called me (10 minutes after we were scheduled to begin) to ask if we could do a phone interview instead. I was, of course, agreeable to that, but when we actually got on the phone, the interviewer was clearly distracted and unengaged from the outset. Not the best experience from there to say the least.
