Fairly easy, submit resume, schedule sit down/ practical…if goes well whalaa you got the job! I don’t think a persons massage has to be that great only because of my experience with other people who were hired (sadly).

Applied online on their website. Invited me by text for an interview. He was clear on what to expect at interview. At interview we spoke for about 30 minutes followed by a 30 min practical.

Interview is by a scheduled phone call via conversation. There is no in house interview at site location - no manager office room at the site - only the front desk. You will perform a massage practical at the site on a team member after your phone interview.

They start with a phone interview, which they are very quick to respond and schedule. The problems come with them actually meeting that scheduled time. The first interview I had scheduled was missed by the Interviewee by two hours. The second interview I had scheduled was missed by almost five hours. The employer waited two hours, then five hours, after my schedule time of appointment to reach out.
