First interview was with CEO, interview was very calm and the interviewer tried to get to know me. Second interview was in office with 2 interviewers from the backend team, I had to implement a Backend task in 1.5 hours. Third interview was with 2 interviewers from the frontend team, I had to implement a frontend task in 1 hour. Then I had an interview with the VP R&D and then with VP People. On every interview I felt very comfortable, the interviewers were really nice and really wanted to get to know me and how I work as a teammate. I could feel the impact and the behavior of this company and why people want to work there.

it started on a positive note, but after 5 interviews i met the team lead who was pretentious very unpleasant to talk with. a day after that they rejected me with an excuse about passion for the field. something that didn't come up in the first 5 interviews at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there if that's how much they respect people's time and effort and these is who they promote to being a manager.
