My resume was forwarded to the company by a third party, and a few days later, I was contacted to begin the process. The process included a phone interview with the recruiter, a Zoom interview with the direct manager for the role, an interview with another senior HR function, and finally, an interview with the VP. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a match from their end in terms of the experience I bring to the needs they were looking for. However, all the interviewers were very kind and welcoming. The interviews were respectful and conducted on an equal footing, leaving me with a positive impression of the people, the office atmosphere and the culture. Even though the process didn’t move forward, I enjoyed the meetings and getting to know the different team members and the impression I received from my research about the company, its product, and the people there was highly positive. A product with significant value for the mental health field! The process took 5 weeks.
