Had a brief phone interview directly with the CEO. It felt very much like she was just reading off of a script and not at all interested in having an actual conversation with me even though I was trying to be friendly. Near the end of the conversation, she asked about how my current pay structure at work functions--I responded that I wasn't too comfortable giving away possible proprietary information, to which she snarkily replied that it wasn't and that I should know better. Short call.

First step was a phone interview. Second step was an on site meeting with CEO and a recruiter and account manager. Final step was a company outing with the team and tour of the office.
