Group interview with up to 3 people asking questions. A group interview is easier on all concerned as it covers all areas of what the interviewers are looking for an employee. The interviewee also can get an idea of the work atmosphere and what is expected. Both sides can view whether position is a good fit in one sitting versus multiple sittings.
