Multiple interviews, peers thru upper management, content and behavioral, was helpful in that I got a good sense of the people I would be working with and their style. I thought they got a good sense of who I was as well. In hindsight, the group of decision makers may have been a much larger group of individuals so at least one group interview with many staff from across the company might have been helpful to my application.
