I received an employee referral link to complete the application process. I had previously applied for a position with anthem so it was quick as it saved my previous completed information. I got an email about four days later scheduling me for a phone interview the next afternoon. Two days later I got an email from the recruiter letting me know they were putting together an offer for me. I received the offer the next morning.

Video interview with manager. Asked general interview questions-strength weaknesses why you want to work with the company etc. Talked about what to expect day to day, hours 8-5 or 11-8 and have to have Ethernet no Wi-Fi.

I applied online and a week later the hiring manager called me to tell me about the job and asked if I was still interested. The phone call was maybe 10 minutes and I received an offer the next day.

Process was very quick, the individuals that conducted the interview were easy going, pleasant and knowledgeable. The con was that the offer took 4 weeks to receive after being told I would hear with in the week.
