I had a phone interview first which was immediately followed up with an email about an in-person interview. They were not very considerate of the fact that I had a current job because they gave me only two options for a date and small time frame in which to schedule the interview. I arrived early but they were late coming to get me from the lobby. The woman I was scheduled to have an interview with is not who interviewed me. I had two women interviewing me and they seem to be fumbling with the questions they were supposed to ask me. They didn't seem organized or prepared at all. And the second one (with a bad weave) entered the room rolling her eyes like she didn't want to be there. This company seems to be picky in their candidate selection but it looked pretty casual and very informal in the office from what I could see about the attire in which the employees wore. I also saw an employee walking down the office eating a sandwich.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
