Applied on line, received an email requesting availability for a phone interview. The interview was easy and cordial. There seemed to be a sense of urgency to fill the position. Just a few days later I received an email that due to business considerations, the position will not be filled at this time. I hope they were not gathering contact numbers for some type of future mailing list.

Slow interview process and background check. One the final interview was confirmed it took weeks to get through the background check process. Then still another few weeks before starting.
