The process was pretty easy. I received an initial screening to confirm that I would be eligible to interview with a hiring manager. That call took about 5 minutes. I was approved so I scheduled my interview for two days later. The hiring manager was friendly and the interview was about 10 minutes. I heard back that same day from HR with an offer of employment.

Behavioral question, all based around being an account manager. If you don't have experience and looking to pivot this might not be for you. They want you to have previous account manager experience.
