ZERO CLASS. Such a disappointing process and lack of professionalism from one of the country's largest companies! Started out with a one-line email from recruiter (which contained grammar errors/typos btw) asking to coordinate a time to speak and spiraled from there. FOUR rounds of interviews 1 -2 weeks apart with zero communication in between until a day or two before the next round. Additionally, only met with matrixed, cross-org stakeholders whom did NOT have any direct involvement with the role or hiring department (in fact, never met the hiring manager and none of the interviewers had much of any details regarding the expectations for this newly created role... never even fully knew what it was I was interviewing for and which parts of my experience would potentially be of most benefit ). Finally, and cherry on top, after 6 weeks and numerous hours of interviews, the communication I received alerting me that I had not been selected was a generic/automated message! Not even a personal call/email message from the recruiter letting me know the results and potential reasons. Zero Class.
