I'm still going through the hiring process now. I applied for the job on 5/29/15, on 6/10/15 I got an e-mail wanting me to participate in a phone interview on 6/15/15. The next day they call and wanted to set up a face-to-face interivew for 6/17/15. I interviewed with one manager very nice person she explained what I would be doing, and she said that after I complete training that I could make up my own hours. It's been about a week since the interview took place. I had to fill out an external application through another company "Hire Right." They complete background checks which takes about 3-5 business days. Mines should be finished no later than Tuesday 6/30. Once they get that they'll be calling to offer me the postion. The job starts on 7/13/15. Keeping a positive mindset. Good luck to those who are applying with Anthem, and remember to have faith and be patient. The process is long, but it's worth at the end.

Interview was 30 minutes, but ended up going over my time due to talking to the manager and trying to understand the environment I was getting into. You can tell that questions that were asked using the STAR method.
