I received an email asking to complete a video interview (asked questions related to work schedule, pay, and my experience in the mental health field related to the job). I then received an invitation to interview 6 days later. Interview lasted about 30 minutes with one of their managers. Super laid back, very comfortable conversation. Star interview method; asked how I would respond to certain situations (mostly self harm/suicide related). Spoke about expectations on attendance, my flexibility on the shift I was willing to accept and the different crisis lines available (one is chat/text, the other is phone/chat/text)
