I applied for the role towards the end of October 2023, the recruiter reached out to me the first week of November to go over the role and forward my resume to the hiring manager, a few days later the recruiter let me know that the manager would like to setup a virtual interview scheduled for mid November. The interviewers consisted of the manager and two investigators. The interviewers were relaxed and we had a good dialog about the role, it lasted about one hour. I received an offer phone call followed up by an email the last week of November. I accepted the offer, completed my onboarding, and started work the second week of December 2023. I applied through a referral 22 times in one year. I received 3 HR interviews to pre-scan me. I was told they would send my resume to the hiring manager to interview and crickets. I have 20 years of experience, and I find it hard to believe not one interview by a manager. These are ghost jobs and not real.
