I was contacted less than one month after applying. I felt very "at home" during the interview and the interviewer did not try to intimidate me. I was told more about the company and its benefits. I was also asked about my interaction with othe professionals, particularly with psychiatrists and psychologists.

Questions were very interpersonal and focused more on past experience me successes as opposed to treatment and problem solving. Very team oriented with a focus on developing a network of support.
