I participated in a screening interview on Microsoft Teams with two current Elevance Health staff. The interview was short and began with a description of the remote position, the work hours and duties. I anticipated a second interview but was instead called by the recruiter two weeks after the initial interview who offered me the position. I began the onboarding process through Elevance Health’s Workday portal where I electronically signed the offer letter
