I was referred to this position and applied in Jan. 2016. I think this job wasn't posted externally yet because it was reposted in Feb. but still showed I applied. I got a phone call in March to interview. I met with the VP of the department, the hiring manager, and another manger. It was a panel interview and they all were very nice. They help me feel relaxed and comfortable.
