The interview process was amazing! The 1st interview was a zoom call explaining about the company’s back story and what the company does and same for the bosses. I was also asked a few questions about who I am and what would make me a good fit for the position. The 2nd interview was on a zoom call as well. This one was more in detail about the pay for all the positions and how to move up positions and the process for that. I was also told about the hours and scheduling weekly. And was also asked few questions about me and the process and me being in that job. After that I was told I’d get a call the same day or following day determining if I got the job or not. The interview wasn’t a one and done in and out type of thing. Which is completely okay! I got you get to know the company better and the bosses and I like how they genuinely care about who they choose to hire on. Which is why they have 2 interview and a whole process. It doesn’t take a long time at all. They were so quick with it. It all was done in 2 days time. Everything was set up amazing and was professionally and highly informative. Best interview process I’ve ever experienced.
