Two interviews by video - first with HR and then with hiring manager. I was asked to submit a mini-marketing campaign. I took extensive notes regarding a challenging situation presented by the hiring manager that struck me as a red flag. My marketing plan addressed that as an initial step and covered other areas mentioned by the hiring manager. I waited more than a week for any kind of follow up,despite almost immediate confirmation of receipt when I first sent the plan, and was finally contacted by a second HR person with whom I had not spoken and told that my plan didn't align with the hiring manager's vision.
