The interview process is pretty straightforward. After applying online on the website (saw opening on Indeed), I was contacted for an interview with the president and director of client services. I met with them once for about an hour, then interviewed again with two other team member before receiving and accepting an offer. Since then, the interview process has been built out a bit more. After the standard first two interviews, candidates are given simple "tests" -- chances to show their skills through a series of simple tasks within their specialty for internal leadership to evaluate as a last step in the process.
