The interview process was smooth, HR was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. I did the first interview online with an HR representative and a project manager. Their questions were more general to understand my motivation and knowledge about the industry. The second interview was face-to-face in the London office, and their questions focused on my project management skills and my desire to work in the industry. Everyone was accommodating and the process was easy and quick. They said they'll answer in 2 weeks and they did.

I was asked about my visa status, why I'm excited to work in the industry, what do I know about the solar industry. It was online and the interviewer was very polite and flexible with time differences
