Considerei o processo longo em demasia, desorganizado (cancelamentos, mudanças inesperadas de última hora), muitas pessoas envolvidas (mais de 10). Tive que repetir a mesma informação a diversos profissionais diferentes e pouca comunicação durante o processo.

I didn't have the best impression from my interviews. I had an initial interview with the recruiter, and then a call with the hiring manager. The call with the recruiter left me with a strange feeling - the attitude was off and the recruiter's tone was not quite professional. It felt like she was treating me like a child or like someone that doesn't have industry experience. The video interview with the hiring manager went a bit better, but there were certain times when it seemed like he did not take my responses seriously. I was getting the feeling that they already selected someone for this role and were just wasting my time.
