My interview process consisted of two phone interviews. The final phone interview replaced an in-person interview because the interviewer was and could not make it on campus. My interviewer could not have been a nicer person, and was extremely helpful with answering questions that I had about the position. For this position, the interview was largely behavioral based. They pretty much asked you about experiences in which you lead a team, negotiated something, persuaded someone, analyzed something, was coached, and offered constructive criticism.

This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.
