It was odd. After doing a quick search it turns out it's a pyramid scheme, but for businesses. They ask you about your interview and make you sit in the waiting room to fill out a survey about the interview process. You also work 6/days a week for 600$

They want to get to know you. They want to see what you can bring to the table and they want to see your real personality. They ask you questions in regard to your work experience. They ask you questions on what do you want from this career.
