“Not elite, can't join Elite.” This is the worst job interview experience I've ever had. 1. HR called me in the morning and changed the scheduled meeting time from 2 p.m. to half past one, I arrived early but HR was late and let me wait for her over 10 minutes. 2. Different from other companies, the department manager interviewed me first (as he said, he was VERY BUSY), he often used his cell phone in the meeting, his behavior and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. 3. After the manager left for another appointment, HR came in and asked so many questions around salary structure of my last job, but when I asked about the salary range of this position, she refused to answer me. 4. HR gave me an A4 paper listed below 3 questions, and tell me that I can leave after finishing it.
