First round was behavioral — everyone was so friendly! The second round was an assessment center with group activities and a case. The whole process felt supportive and engaging throughout.

If you got the role, how would you want people to describe you in three years?

One introductory call, around 15 mins with HR. Classic call, give me your background, why Elixirr, why consulting. Then in person interview at their NYC office. Two group consulting activities, where you go over materials with group mates for 30 mins and then present to the "panel" for 10 mins. Also have a personal 2 minute pitch about what Elixirr can improve on as a company or a new area they should look into. After is the final day interviews.
Shambolic. After initial progress they simply ghosted me and left me to chase them before I got a call from head of HR who deflected the entire process. Eventually I realised it was not the type of place I wanted to work.
