Colloquio
There were 4 rounds (HR phone call + Technical 1(Pattern problem) + Technical 2(Assignment Task) + Technical 3(Google Meet)).
1. HR - Basic details about me
2. Pattern problem - It was bit difficult. But it was like you can't compile it. What's non-sense.
3. Assignment Task - Not much information/guidlines given on what to do in the task. You can get idea about how the company will be by solving this task. My experience from this: it was a very below average company.
4. Technical Online Face-2-Face Interview - All the questions were related to Frontend Framework you are working with. I felt that the questions were of very low quality. Because they were very easy. And it hardly had any counter questions. Also the main part is, there were no counter questions on my previous work and projects. The interviewer was just listening to me. Moreover there were no questions on JS core concepts. Could you believe it? This company lacked professionalism. It lasted hardly 25mins.
Finally I got the offer but I denied due to above reasons.

I didn't like the interview process. As an experienced candidate the first round was a pattern printing round over a video call and one pattern was given. Pattern was given on whatsapp message. No code editor was allowed to use. Need to write pattern code in notepad. Also you can't compile or run the code to see while solving. What kind of organisation does this? How can someone create the whole code without checking its result? After solving, you have to submit the text file on whatsapp. I was told after 15 mins that I am not selected because my pattern was not completely correct.

They didn't ask about my work experience or my projects or anything. Just the first round of pattern solving and that's it.
