I was screened first through a talent acquisition via a phone call, and she asked some questions about my background and let me know what they’re looking for and if I am interested and why. Then I got an invite for the first round of interviews which was an online meeting via teams with the director. It was a typical first round interview nothing crazy. The only disappointing part was they ghosted me for almost 4 months mind you I did email a couple of time to both thank them and asking for an update.
