3 stages - initial screening call, online interview with potential line manager, in person meeting with potential line manager and C-Suite. Interviewers we friendly and seem interested in both me and my employment history. They said that they were having very limited in-person interviews as they had set requirements high and not progressed many people through the stages. Interview went well and everything seemed positive. I was told in follow up call from Ops Manager that they were very pleased and wanted to offer the role but finance had started a re-forecasting and hiring was on hold. Was told I would receive an update either way in 4 weeks and a phone call was booked for that follow up. They emailed three weeks later to say that the reforecasting had been completed and they were unable to offer the position.
