One remote screening call, and one interview I had to travel for. The interview went way over time as they had too many questions to cover it seemed. They then ghosted me for almost a month getting a canned rejection via linkedin. Not a great experience given teh inconvenience of travelling for the interview, and a lack of contact/letting me know next steps after the interview. They offer hyrbid, but it's mandatory days of the week in office with no exceptions, offices aren't very nice.
