.hey will screen the applicants through your resume. They will give an examination after you passed they will conduct phone interview. If you passed the interview, you will undergo trainings for three to four weeks.

I applied online then received an email that letting me know that they received my application. After 2 weeks they emailed me my exam that is good for 24 hrs. After I finished my exam, they texted me regarding my initial interview (through phone). On the next day, they texted me again for my final interview. Currently I am still waiting for the results of my interview and it's been a 2 weeks already.
