First there was a brief interview with HR at a jobfair. Next was an interview With the Executive Chef and HR Director. They asked alot of personal questions about family and didnt have specifics about the job. My 3rd interview was with thw GM of the hotel and she became even more personal in her questioning. She didn't even know what the pay range was going to be. I asked basic questions about the job and no one had answers.
