I had two interviews with the Managing Director. The first interview was quite informal and was a basic run down of experience and CV. The second interview was more formal but still relaxed, he asked to see a presentation on a subject of my choice and followed that with more probing questions about previous roles, competency based questions and asked me to review my own presentation!
